After lunch, we moved together to the city center, specifically to the Upper Square (Horní náměstí). At that time, there was a market taking place, offering not only a colorful variety of stalls with various delicacies but also the opportunity to experience the local atmosphere. We had the chance to see the famous Olomouc astronomical clock, and then we had approximately an hour of free time during which everyone could explore the market at their own pace, shop for small souvenirs, or enjoy some local specialties.

Our next stop was the Botanical Garden in Bezruč Park. Here, too, we had an hour of free time, during which there were various options for spending time – whether by strolling through the blooming Rosarium, visiting the interactive science center Fort Science (Pevnost poznání), playing a game of chess, or simply relaxing in the beautiful natural surroundings.

Our route continued to St. Wenceslas Cathedral, which served as the symbolic conclusion of the entire day. Along the way, we passed significant landmarks such as the Museum of Art, the Regional History Museum, and the Archbishop’s Palace, all of which reminded us of the city’s rich history. At the cathedral, we said our goodbyes, and most of the participants then made their way back to the train station to head home.

The entire day was marked by friendship, discovery, and shared moments. We thank everyone who participated and look forward to our next gathering.
